These little starters are modest in size, easy to play, contain no CC and get your Sims off to a good start as they contain all the basics – i.e. comfy bed, bookcase, tv, decent kitchen. The Downtown Starter No.3 also has a car – value plus! However, these are totally unsuitable to those players who like to live in the one house with family as there is little to no room for house expansion at all.
