These lots were intended for players who want very small abodes for their Sims or filler houses for their neighbourhood. These lots are small, but still playable as they have been built on cozy 2×2 lots. This does not leave ample room for a large yard though. I am in love with the sims 2 and it’s expansion packs, sadly though it doesn’t work on my computer at the moment and i can’t play SEASONS, which i so wanted to get, but anyway i’ve seen all of these houses and they are good but the last two when i saw them, i just loved them and now i got the cute n cosy 2nd last 1 as my desktop, so 1000000/1000000

It’s me again, rite so what is the secret to doing all these houses??? i mean they are really good, i like the underground loft or something and the modern and cosy V. Ausmn!!!!!!! Do you like get them of magz or just visualise coz id luv 2 get a resource at what you design with them, it’s pretty cool……

I don’t really use any resources – sometimes for the commercial lots I do a Google search and then base the building off that. Or sometimes I see a building in real life and draw some inspiration from that. I don’t normally use actual house plans though, I find it too difficult to convert reality into simuality

okay , thanks for the info. i really love your houses and plenty of others, like the retro 70’s beach starter and centuari avenues are good, but yeh, so thanks again. and again, i hate my computer. you must be so lucky, coz you got like nearly every sims 2 on yours, and if i had that, i could create some of my favourite plans that i just edge out of my head as i start. But mine doesn’t work of course. and i remember when i had downloads on it, (the game) all i could have was floors and wallpaper and terrains, but the furniture wouldn’t budge it’d just say open file and when you did it would go back to it again and again. And one more thing i’d love to ask. okay, my computer has got viruses, and my brothers think that’s what caused the problem with working it now. It could be that, but do you know what this means…

If you know what that means, please email me, PLEASE. i don’t know what it means, and it could be viruses but im not sure. let me know soon. ps- on the top it says sims 2exe. bad image.

I just bought sims2 a week ago and so far i’ve been on it 24/7. Although i’ve reached a dilema. I’m not a designer and therefor my houses suck. I stumbled across this sight, and i LOVE the houses. AMAZING. But how on earth do you get them??? Is it possible?

hey awesome houses! noticed on some you have ‘thicker floors’. I’ve tried to create these and had no luck as the internal foundations absorb the full wall windows and you don’t get a full wall on top of the foundation
Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
