This is actually one of my neighbours’ farmhouse – it’s a beautiful Australian Federation farmhouse that commands striking views of the hundreds of acres of apple orchards, mountains, hills, forests and rivers around it. They also have a horse grazing at the front, just to perfect the picture – very storybook and just too irresistable to recreate from a Sims 2 point of view. Big thanks to DarylMarkloc from MTS2 again, for this fabulous Australian Federation Collection which I used extensively to achieve the right look for this house. As this lot is on a hillside, it is best placed on a hillside within your neighbourhood – the driveway is also upwardly sloping – and it really functions!
